Timothy J. Grant

Tim has been a Partner with O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer since 2012.

Tim was formerly with K&L Gates LLP (formerly known as Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP) where he had been a Partner since 2009.

Tim represents public REIT’s, pension funds, real estate developers and privately-held businesses of all types. Among other things, this has included sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, financings, joint ventures, leases and management.

In addition to his professional activities, Tim currently serves as the President of the Parish Pastoral Council, Immaculate Conception Parish, Highland Park, Illinois.
