Kathleen O’Rourke Altier
Kathleen O’Rourke Altier is a Partner in the Real Estate group of O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer. Kathleen started with the firm in 2012.
Kathleen concentrates her practice in the area of Commercial Real Estate, representing real estate developers and other privately-held businesses. This includes legal work regarding real estate acquisitions, entitlements, financings, leases, management and sales. Prior to joining O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer, Kathleen worked as an attorney for Walsh Construction Company where she focused on risk analysis and underwriting public and private construction contracts, including design-build contracts and public-private financed projects, for the company.
